Ways to Write:
Please include the name of your child in your letter and use one of the following options:
Send a Digital Letter or a Handwritten Letter
You can send your child a letter and pictures digitally by sending us an email or photo(s) of the handwritten letter directly to [email protected]
You can also send a message by signing in to your account and going to the inbox under the “My Profile” section. If you need help accessing your account, please click here.

Do not send cash in the mail, check(s) are acceptable. Small gifts (such as friendship bracelets and small toys/trinkets) are acceptable.
Helpful tips for writing a letter:

Let them know you are praying for them.

Write about different topics such as seasons, holiday traditions, family and pets, your job, hobbies, your involvement at church or your favorites (foods, sports, play activities, etc).

Include photos of yourself and your family. Label the names of each person on the back of the photo.

Avoid writing about the “stuff” you have as the children at the school are not as materially blessed as we are.

Avoid slang.

Do not offer your phone number, address, or email address.
